• Home Visits
  • For clients who are unable to access clinic venues it may be possible possible to arrange a home visit. For more information please contact the admin team on 0845 603 2166.
• Hospital Clinic Appointments
  • Ante Natal Assessment Centre - Scunthorpe General Hospital with Annette Harding Friday 10am – 2pm.
• Telephone support
  • For clients who have difficulty in attending regular appointments it may be possible to provide limited telephone support during your quit attempt.
• Assisted visits by Health Trainers
• Ongoing support (relapse prevention)
  • Specific needs should be discussed with the specialist practitioner.
